Join us as we explore Rosé Wines.
With the weather warming up, this is the perfect time to enjoy some Rosé wines. In this class, we’ll explore the world of rosé wines through the grapes and regions that define them. You’ll taste styles made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Pinot Noir, and Sangiovese, with examples from southern France (like Provence and the Rhône Valley), Spain, and more. Along the way, we’ll break down how rosé is made—from direct pressing to saignée—so you can better understand what’s in your glass and why these wines taste the way they do.
✨ What to Expect:
- A welcome sample of Sparkling Rosé Wine
- Tips on tasting techniques, identifying flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions
- A relaxed, friendly atmosphere perfect for learning and connecting with fellow wine lovers
- Insights into the grape growing and winemaking process of each region
- Sobrémesa
