Description
Indulge in a five-course dinner featuring pairings from Silver Ghost Cellars and Montagu Wines. The night will begin with light bites of airy gougères and smoked salmon, and progress to traditional bistro-inspired dishes like a carrot soup swirled with tangy crème fraîche, classic duck à l’orange, and beefy herb-crusted steak with a bold red-wine reduction. We’ll end the night on an elegant note with a dark, rich elegant chocolate tart garnished with bright, juicy raspberries. You’re invited to sit back, relax, and enjoy dinner as you learn about the night’s featured wines and why they were selected to pair with each course.
Local expert-led demonstration. Ages 21+.You will be served dinner and wine pairings, but you will not be cooking during this class.
About Weston Eidson
Weston Eidson is an emerging start in American winemaking, known for his innovative approach, meticulous craftsmanship, and commitment to quality. Originally from Texas, he grew up around wine, recognizing its deep cultural and historical significance, as well as its special place at the dinner table. While attending graduate school in the UK, Weston ecxpalnded his knowledge by exploring renowned wine regions from Chile and South Africa to Bordeaux, Alsace, and the Veneto.

Silver Ghost Cellars is known for its elegance, craftsmanship, and timeless appeal that is shares with the 1909 Rolls-Royce car for which it’s named. Montagu Wines is a boutique winery dedicated to showcasing wine from some of the finest vineyards in Napa Valley and Sonoma. Each wine is true expression of the world-class terroir from which it comes. Dedicated to mimial interverntion in the winery, Montagu allows each wine to naturally express its authentic and full potential. Learning from mentors Jason Moore and Russell Bevan, founder Weston Eidson has been focused on extremely limited production of richly layered, complex, and balanced wines from the beginning.
