About this Event
Join us for an intimate wine dinner in The Vinyl Room featuring Bertony Fosten, the first Black winemaker in the U.S. Northwest and founder of Abbey Creek Vineyard. This one-night-only experience brings together thoughtful cuisine, expressive wines, and conversation rooted in community.
The evening features a multi-course dinner crafted by the culinary team at Marcus Bar & Grille, led by Executive Chef Gary Caldwell, with each course paired to wines personally curated by Bertony Fosten.
Known for his bold, expressive approach to winemaking, Fosten uses wine as a platform for storytelling, inclusion, and connection, believing that the experience should always be bigger than the bottle.
Throughout the night, guests will enjoy guided pairings, insights into the winemaking process, and the stories behind Abbey Creek Vineyard, where hospitality, music, and humanity are central to the experience.
With just 24 seats available, this dinner is designed for guests who value food, wine, and meaningful moments around the table.
