Welcome back to the fourth Sword Crush! We're pleased to have you return and to spend the weekend with us.
We've rotated back to Single Rapier this year, and have made our fourth tournament a Single Rapier Team Relay. Keep tabs of all updates on our Facebook Page.
If you are only spectating and do not wish to free spar, there is NO need to purchase an admission ticket.
IMPORTANT: If this is your first time fencing with us, please ensure you have filled out the online waiver here. This will save you a lot of time during check in!
NEW FOR 2025: Because we have obtained use of Piner High's second gym, we needed to increase the admission fee from $45 to $60. This second gym buys us additional gear storage, vendor space, and a protected space for all-day free sparring.
Scheduling Change: To help facilitate a smoother tournament experience, we will no longer have a dedicated lunch hour and will be running all day. Please make sure to account for meals during the event. However between individual tournaments, there will be a short break to rotate staff.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final. However, some or all of your order may be transferred to another person. Simply email "[email protected]" with the transferee's name, club and tickets to be transferred.
FORMAT:
Finals will occur immediately after the semi-finals bouts for that tournament, not at the end of the day. The top 16 fencers from pools will advance to elims, except for any tournament with fewer than 16 fencers, in which case the advancing fencers will be determined day of, but will be between 4 to 8.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:
- Upon arrival, all participants must report to the check-in station inside the main gym doors.
- When you successfully check in and are given your wristband, please make your way to the Small Gym to set up your gear.
- As soon as you can, please make your way to the Gear Check table.
