Johnny Taylor Jr. is a stand-up comedian renowned for his sharp wit, dark sensibilities, and deeply relatable storytelling. Based in Sacramento, California, Johnny has toured extensively across the country, performing alongside comedy icons like Brian Posehn, Patton Oswalt, and Doug Benson.
His albums, Tangled Up in Plaid and Bummin’ with the Devil, topped the Amazon and iTunes comedy charts, reflecting his growing popularity. Johnny was recently featured in a Medium article titled “Stand-Up Comedians You Need to Know,” highlighting his rising profile in comedy. Offstage, he co-hosts The AEW-some Pod, contributes satirical articles to The Hard Times, and teaches storytelling classes at the Sacramento Punch Line.
