These are places where grapes grow surrounded by water, often in volcanic soils, constantly pushed by ocean breezes. The result: wines that vibrate with life—salty whites, high-acid refreshers, smoky/mineral edges, and styles you don’t see every day.
Think Mediterranean coastlines, Atlantic islands, sunburnt vineyards, and bottles that feel like they belong on a patio somewhere near the water.
