Pairing wine and cheese is both an art and a science, so we're thrilled to have none other than Formaggio Cheesemonger Jeremy Blaustein here to lend his expertise to the discussion!
We'll taste 3 domestic cheeses and pair them with 3 stateside wines; Hannah will be guiding us through the art of wine selections for cheese pairings, and Jeremy will help us understand what to look for when selecting cheeses. We'll talk through the producers of both the wine and cheese, so you can get to know the people behind the pairings, too!
