Nature Walk
Presented by Blue Orchid Yoga Company and Keltoi Winery.
Located at the beautiful Keltoi Winery in Oronogo, Missouri.
This is a reschedule from the Fall Session: Equilibrium, Wine & Yoga: Paint. The Nature walk was canceled due to rain.
This session will begin with meet and greet with wine and snacks.
Group nature walk to the Blarney stone.
Followed up by a yoga session to ground, exchange energy, and cleanse the body.
Lastly, settle in for some yoga and discussion.
What to expect:
Meet & Greet: 12:30PM
Breakaway: 1:00PM
Group walk: 1:10PM
Yoga: 1:40PM
Discussion: 2:40PM
Stay as long as you like

Wear comfortably clothes
Your Mat
Your towel
Your friend(s) and/or family
All sessions are family friendly.
Sessions are $10 per guest.
Limited yoga mats are available if you forget yours.
