ABOUT SOMMELIER
Shawn Lim, a passionate oenophile since 2018, has dedicated himself to the art and science of winemaking. His expertise was solidified in 2019 when he achieved the globally recognized WSET Level 3 Award in Wines, attesting to his comprehensive understanding of viniculture. Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Shawn continues to explore the wine industry, attending tastings and seminars, and engaging with fellow enthusiasts. His journey has cultivated a profound respect for the artisans who craft exceptional wines. With a refined palate, Shawn appreciates the harmonious interplay of flavours, aromas, and textures that make each wine a distinct expression of its origin and the winemaker’s vision.
