And we’re back! Pairing #17 is here, and this time around, we're headed to the Republic of Georgia. Georgia is widely considered the birthplace of wine, with archaeological evidence tracing winemaking back 8,000 years. The wines coming from this country are incredibly unique and make for especially fun food pairings. Rachel from Orrman's Cheese will have a ton of fun pairing cheeses on this front.
