The King has done it again! Join us on Thursday, March 20th, from 6-8pm for an evening of pizza and wine pairings. King Richie has come up with four fun and interesting pizzas and Winemaker Mo has paired up four delicious wines to go along with them. Each guest will receive 4, 2oz pours of wine accompanied with a slice of delicious pizza.
C.B.R. Pizza -classic crispy chicken, applewood smoked bacon , ranch dressing , and cheddar/mozzarella blend paired with Western CT Highlands Estate White Wine
Truffle Mushroom Pizza - roasted garlic alfredo sauce, wild mushroom medley, mozzarella, and a drizzle of truffle oil paired with Nighthawk’s Watch Pinot Noir
Reuben Pizza - thinly sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese, drizzled with 1000 island dressing, paired with Mad Hawk Red Blend
Dessert Pizza -Nutella, cannoli chips, cannoli cream, chocolate chips paired with Red Ridge Reserve Cabernet
