Think crisp, fresh whites, juicy lighter reds, and a lineup of unique grape varieties you won’t find on your usual wine list. Turkey’s wine scene is having a moment and we’re bringing it straight to your glass.
Over the course of the evening, you’ll taste six distinctive wines from small, quality-driven producers, each paired with carefully selected bites inspired by Turkish flavours. Expect a mix of cold, easy-going finger foods designed to complement the wines and keep things social, interactive, and fun.
This isn’t your typical sit-and-listen tasting. It’s all about discovering new flavours, learning through pairing, and enjoying wine in a relaxed, good-vibes setting.

About the Presenter: Billur Mermerci
Billur Mermerci is the founder of WineMercy and a WSET Diploma student, as well as a former WSET Level 3 student at Eleanor Wine Academy. With a strong passion for Turkish wines and a mission to bring these hidden gems to a wider audience, she combines knowledge, enthusiasm, and a fresh perspective to create an engaging and approachable tasting experience.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Places are confirmed only once payment has been received. We’re unable to accept provisional reservations.
Cancellations and Transfers
- Cancellations and transfers are permitted up to three weeks before the event.
- Cancellations within 10 working days of the event are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
- Name changes are possible — please notify us as early as possible.
- Eleanor Wine Academy reserves the right to cancel the event. In this case, a full refund or transfer will be offered.
