Wind Down Wednesdays

Wind Down Wednesdays are the perfect mid-week relaxing way to reset the body and mind from the normal hustle and bustle of everyday life. At the heart of these events is a Serenity Soundbath, filled with different sounds to ease us into a tranquil state of relaxation. Whether it's your first or your 100th soundbath, each one is filled with pure intentions to provide a space for community to come together as we nourish our hearts and flourish in our health.

Doors will open at 5:55 p.m. to have enough time to come in and get settled, as we will start promptly at 7 with the Sound Journey. There will be different stations set up, to connect into your own heart space or open to connect with others in comm-unity. Tea will be served as a light refreshment, to help ease our bodies into a state of relaxation for the evening.
What to Bring:

Showing up with yourself to go deep within, or with friends and family to share in the experience with your loved ones.

Please bring a "nest" to be comfortable for your sound journey, which can include:

Yoga or Padded Mat to lay upon

Blanket

Pillow

Water Bottle 💦

We are located at 110 S. Second St. Miamisburg Oh 45342 at CosmoVision Collective Studio.

It is in the building that says Simple Craftsman. The entrance is on the side of the building, down the alley between our building and the Masonic Temple. through the side door, up the stairs to the second floor. Signs will be set out to Help guide your way 🦋
