Join us every Wednesday evening for a gentle, beginner-welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
This 45min class is designed to support your nervous system and help you transition out of the busyness of the day and into a more grounded, restful state.
Each session includes:
✨ Gentle, accessible breathwork
✨ Optional journal prompts for reflection
✨ Guided meditation to close your evening with intention
No experience needed, this space is truly for every body.
We provide everything you need for the ultimate meditative experience: mats, bolsters, blankets, props, and eye covers. Just bring yourself (and maybe a journal/water bottle)
