🎄 As we kick off the festive season, many of us begin to look back at our year, while also trying to cope with the stress and overwhelm this season can bring.
🌟 Join us at a beautiful space nestled within Victoria Park for an afternoon of gentle reflection, nervous system reset, and emotional clearing to close out the year with intention. By the end of this event, you’ll feel lighter, more centered, and ready to step into 2026 with calm confidence.
