About the Speaker
Alex Fenske is a real estate industry leader with a background in investment, lending, brokerage, franchise leadership, coaching, and training. Since 2009, he has led the Chicago Southland Homes team, brokering over 700 transactions for buyers, sellers, and investors.
In 2018, Alex launched a new Keller Williams franchise as Team Leader, scaling it to the highest-producing office in its market within 18 months and growing to 224 agents. He currently serves as Team Leader of KW Preferred, one of the company’s Top 50 franchises.
Known for translating complex business concepts into practical execution, Alex consults top agents and teams on building scalable, profitable businesses. His expertise includes business planning, budgeting, team structure, tax strategy, and real estate investment.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys time with his wife and two children, smoking meats, and volunteering.
