We are going to host a Wim Hof Method Fundamentals workshop with Holly Barber, a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor The Eco Monkey
The workshop will offer participants the chance to delve into the three core pillars of the Wim Hof Method Instructor- breath, cold exposure and mindset/commitment.
Combined, these offer the potential to help you live a happier, healthier and stronger life.
This is taking place on the days of the 20th or the 21st of September.
Indicative cost: £100/person

Fully catered - morning tea and lunch provided, the @theecomonkey session is likely to be 9.30 to 2.30 with Rye Bank Adventures to provide a further activity in the afternoon - tbc but possibly a fireside chat, a shamanic drum journey or a paddle on the canal.
A stay at the glampsite is also an option, by separate arrangement.
