This session is for anyone who works in Wiltshire
How long is the session?
3.5 hours including short breaks.
What will I learn?
Delivered through a range of activities and case studies, modules covered are:
- What is mental health?
- What is mental illness?
- Stigma and discrimination
- Communication - How to have a supportive conversation with someone about their mental health
- Looking after ourselves
The content is engaging and interactive and the delivery methods ensure the subject can be explored fully and safely.
