Join us, Saturday, February 7th at 6:30am, from our location at 1125 Military Cutoff Rd., Wilmington, NC, for your last long run before the Wilmington half and full marathon! This will be a fully supported run with 4 water and gel stops for the 12-mile route and 7-8 water and gel stops for the 20-mile route. Course maps and descriptions will be provided. On course nutrition will include Huma gels, GU Chews, and Tailwind. Huma will be some of the same gels you find on the course on race day.
