Come and make your lantern for the Brinscall lantern parade! (which is on the 11th January). Limited spaces are available on this Withnell Parish council funded event so please only book a place if you are able to attend the parade on Saturday 11th January, 5 – 7pm. The funding is aimed at the local community so please also only book if you are a resident of Brinscall or the surrounding villages. Thank you! 🙂In this workshop, Julie Livesey will take you through each step from start to finish as you design, construct and cover your lantern.
All materials provided.
There is only room for 6 families in this workshop so early booking is recommended. This is the first session, there is another workshop at 12:30.
This is a funded event so it is free to attend but you will need to pay a £15 deposit to secure your place. This will be returned to you on the day if requested or (if you would like to) will be donated to supporting future community events. One place is for up to 4 people to make a lantern together.
We want this event to be accessible to all so if paying the deposit is not possible for your family, please do get in touch with us and we can reserve you a place. Thank you.
