About this Event

Descendant of Infamous Slaveowner Apologizes for Ancestral Atrocities, Founds Innovative Reparation Initiative

London, UK - In a profound gesture of acknowledgment and atonement, the great, great, great grandson of William Lynch, notorious for the "Willie Lynch letter" detailing inhumane methods of managing slaves, has emerged from anonymity to apologize for his ancestor's actions and embark on a groundbreaking journey towards reparatory justice.

Working in close association with the African Diaspora Equity and Justice Alliance (ADEJA), the descendant is conducting cutting-edge research and development in London's Haringey district, specifically on West Green Road in Tottenham, N15. His identity remains undisclosed for security reasons.

The descendant's mission is to redress the historical injustices inflicted upon the Black community through innovative means. He is dedicated to rewriting his family's legacy by advancing reparatory justice for Black Africans, the Black African diaspora, and the Mixed-Black diaspora, aligning with ADEJA's vision.

Of particular significance is his effort to replace the deeply ingrained exploitative system his ancestor promoted with a more equitable framework. Working with ADEJA, he is spearheading a reparatory approach based on evidence and claims, which stands in stark contrast to the oppressive methods advocated by his forebear.

Every Friday and Saturday evening, the descendant and his fellow supporters from the unregistered "Black National Party (BNP)" host gatherings on West Green Road, and the meetings are open to all, free of charge. These gatherings focus on discussions related to "Reparation Shares," as well as the various aspects of identity recognized by ADEJA, such as place of birth, lineage, appearance, state of mind/habits, and DNA.

The initiative aims to empower Black individuals and communities by recognizing and addressing historical inequities and fostering international collaboration for a more just future. In doing so, they hope to establish a transformative platform that not only provides reparatory justice but also promotes unity and shared prosperity.

The descendant's actions reflect a dedication to healing the wounds of the past and moving toward a brighter, more inclusive future. His involvement with ADEJA and the "Black National Party" serves as a testament to the potential for change and reconciliation, demonstrating that even the darkest chapters of history can inspire transformative progress.
