Will Brahm’s music evokes the captivating melodic sense of guitarists like Jeff Beck, paired with the lush harmonic landscape of bands like Pat Metheny Group. His approach to trio playing creates a musical experience far greater than the sum of its parts, and he is committed to innovating how a Stratocaster can crate a world of sounds. This can be heard on his most recent album “Distance to Empty.” Will has been touring with Jazz Trumpet Legend Arturo Sandoval since 2019.
Hailing from Portland Oregon and receiving a guitar in 8th grade, Will Brahm immediately channeled his emotional and musical being into his guitar. After high school he moved to Southern California and earned a Bachelors degree in Jazz Guitar performance from Cal State Long Beach, studying with jazz guitar extraordinaire Ron Eschete.

After college he began touring with The New West Guitar Group, skyrocketing his musical technique to new heights. In 2019 he released his acoustic ensemble album “Venture Atlas, and shortly after joined world renowned Jazz Trumpet legend Arturo Sandoval, touring domestically and abroad. Soon after he competed as a semifinalist in the 2019 Herbie Hancock International Jazz Guitar Competition, performing for idols of his like Guitarist Pat Metheny. These events ushered Will into new musical heights as both a jazz guitar aficionado, and a front-and-center electric player on stages bigger and louder than ever before.

Will was finally beginning to bridge all of the facets of his vast musical self into one singular instrument and unmistakable voice: the Fender Stratocaster. Will lives in Los Angeles, composing daily and touring often.

Parking is located under the building, accessible from west of the building off of 1st St. between Bunker Hill Towers and the mini-shopping center AU LAC is in.

Once you’ve turned into the large driveway, turn left into the garage “Guest Parking and Residence Parking of The Promendade”. $12 CASH ONLY.

Additional parking is located directly across Hope St. at Disney Hall - 111 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012. $10.

There is limited street parking in front of Au Lac, Disney Hall and The Music Center.
