
About this Event
This guided hike will take you through the green forests of Toll Canyon and allow you to observe and learn about the tracks and signs of local wildlife. You may even encounter some of the wildlife that inhabit the area!
From birds to mammals to reptiles, there is no shortage of fascinating creatures to observe. Your guide will provide interesting facts and information about each species you encounter or find signs of, and answer any questions you may have. You are welcome to bring your camera! Binoculars will be provided.
Whether you're a seasoned hiker or a beginner, we welcome all ages to join us for this memorable wildlife naturalist hike on Toll Creek Trail. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with nature and learn something new.
Parking is limited! Please carpool if possible. Basin Recreation staff will be there to assist with parking.
Come prepared with good hiking shoes, sunscreen, and water.

Parking Information
Once you reach the top of St Moritz Terrace, you will reach a gated entrance where Basin staff will assist you. Follow the egress road until you reach the parking destination, where a staff member will also guide you to a parking spot.
