Join us for Wilderness Day in the Glade, where visitors can learn about Tennessee’s incredible outdoor opportunities from wildlife professionals and conservation partners. Throughout the day, guests can explore exhibits and demonstrations focused on conservation, fishing, hunting, hiking, and wildlife management.
Activities and demonstrations include:
Fly casting instruction and casting games
Archery and pellet rifle shooting
Hiking and camping essentials
Wildlife and Habitat Management Displays
Deer hunters: Bring your mounts and have them officially scored on-site by Boone and Crockett official scorers.
This is a great opportunity to meet the people who manage Tennessee’s wildlife and public lands, ask questions, and learn new outdoor skills in a fun, family-friendly setting.
Partner organizations joining the event include the Tennessee Division of Forestry, United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, Quail Forever, Ducks Unlimited, NWTF and the Tennessee Wildlife Federation.
