About this Event
Do you want to take action for nature but unsure where to start? This free in-person workshop will give you the tools and confidence to campaign for nature in Sussex. This is part of the series of training for Sussex Wildlife Trust's Wilder Community Campaigners (but all are welcome!)
We have a campaigning expert on hand to deliver the workshop and support you with key campaigning tools and information to help you on your way to taking action for nature through good campaigning.
This is an introductory workshop so all levels of knowledge and experience of campaigning are welcome.
If you have any queries or would like further information about the workshop, please contact [email protected]
Venue: Linklater Pavilion, Railway Ln, Lewes, BN7 2FG.

Parking: There are no parking options available at the Linklater Pavilion. However, if arriving by car there is Friars Walk Car Park a very short walk away.
There are also good public transport links across Lewes.
Refreshments: We will have tea, coffee, and biscuits provided throughout the session, but please do bring your own lunch if you are planning to stick around the area after the workshop; there is a lovely set of nature trail paths around the Linklater Pavilion to explore.
If you are not already signed up as a Wilder Community Campaigner but are interested in finding out more about the training programme, please visit Sussex Planning Network for Nature and join our group here: Become a Wilder Community Campaigner
