Get ready for a week of creativity, exploration, and outdoor wonder in this week-long art camp for kids ages 8–10 that blends hands-on art-making with nature immersion at Asherwood nature preserve in Wabash County — a brand new location this year!Campers will dive into carefully planned activities, including woodland orientation, land and water activities, interactions with local flora and fauna, and outdoor games. Each day, kids will follow up group activities with nature-inspired individual art projects, and the week wraps up with a grand outdoor art display!

Led by Chris Fairfield, M.S. Ed., ACRES member, volunteer, and Indiana Master Naturalist (2018). Chris is a passionate outdoor educator, formerly with Fort Wayne Community Schools, and currently volunteers with ACRES, Little River Wetlands Project, and Allen County Park System. She'll be joined by a group of gifted volunteers and artists throughout the week.
