Free & Open to all women identifying humans 🫶🏼✨❤️ As the seasons change, and the days grow shorter, sometimes we can feel alone, isolated, and unmotivated. This groups soul intention is to help women heal through nature, connection, movement, and play. If you are needing a handful of hugs, and a reminder that you’re not alone in your struggles, come and howl at the moon with us!
Gather in the parking lot by the grays lake playground around 6pm, followed by some introductions and group connection. We shall walk together, allowing conversations and connections to flow.
