For your maximum comfort create your own ‘nest to rest’ - bring:
- Bring PLENTY of floor padding to remain comfortable while reclined
- Bring a small pillow for your head to rest
- Optional: bring an eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes and a yoga bolster or rolled towel for under your knees - both aid in deeper relaxation and comfort
- Wear something comfortable to relax in
- Open doors 20 minutes before event
- Seated, chair or reclined meditation welcome
