We are so excited to open up Autumn Winter at the lake by introducing an outdoor sauna tent! What beautiful surroundings to have it in with the option to take a splash, dip or swim in the lake! The lake here has excellent clean water quality and we have added wild swimming to the insurance.Saunas and cold water immersing have such incredible benefits for our physical, mental and emotional well being; helping us to better regulate stress and low moods. I feel like I can manage anything once I've had a swim outdoors! The cold water aspect is not compulsory though, the heat benefit of the sauna might be all you need!
We are running 40 minute experiences of the sauna and the lake, for £12 only. There are 4 spaces available in the tent, so you can book as a group or with a friend, or turn up just as you!
We have basic facilties in the cabin by the lake for changing privately and storing belongings.

Please can you specify which time slot you would like when booking as there is a maximum of 4 people per time slot for the sauna.
9am - 9:40am
10am - 10:40am
11am - 11:40am
12pm - 12:40pm
1pm - 1:40pm
2pm - 2:40pm
We will be running our wild sauna and lake dip all time slots available maximum of 4 people at one time in the sauna.
The price is £12 per person for a 40 minute session.
