Wild Roots Friends of the Forest Summer Camp invites children to deepen their connection to the natural world through exploration, observation, and care for the environment in and around Fort Wayne. Each day, campers spend extended time in nearby natural spaces, observing plants, animals, and ecosystems in their natural environments. Through hands-on exploration and gentle stewardship, children build awareness of how all living things are connected. Campers develop a sense of responsibility, confidence, and belonging in nature through movement, play, and shared experiences.
