A daylong 5Rhythms movement workshop on the shores of Texada Island.
Move between sun and moon, between the summer solstice and the full moon. This rare alignment marks a moment of solar power and light.
We dance with life force and abundance, cultivating a deep connection to our own radiance while celebrating the earth and life in full bloom.
This workshop will be held at the Texada Community Hall in Gillies Bay. We will dance indoors and outdoors.

ABOUT SHAUNA: A vibrant and warm facilitator, 5Rhythms teacher, Resident DJ with Dance Temple, and founder of the non‑profit Dance Your Ability Therapeutic Foundation.
Shauna’s mission is to make free‑form dance accessible to all, leading conscious dance classes, workshops, and retreats in a variety of communities & outreach settings, as well as Facilitator Trainings.
