We are so excited to start back a new Level 1 Series in August and to kick off our celebration of excitement, we are having TWO free flows this month!! Come join us, have some free fun, get to know us and this beautiful style that we love sharing with others! Our flows are all dance, no talk. You will be led through 3-4 sets with breaks in between (where we ask you remain in silence). There are no verbal instructions, you just allow yourself to be and follow the leader. It's a great time to let go of whatever feelings the day has brought you and move our bodies as we release stuck energy.
