- Signature Creations: We'll also teach you how to create unique, hand-crafted Wild Leap seasonal rum cocktails using fresh ingredients, creative garnishes, and the opportunity to add your own personal flair.

Class Structure:
1. Welcome - Wild Leap Overview & Rum Tasting (20 minutes):
• Start with a brief explanation of the Wild Leap story, award-recognitions, and events that led to development of Wild Leap Spirits.
• Guided tasting of Wild Leap rum, exploring its smooth, versatile profile, flavor notes, and craftsmanship. This brief introduction gives guests insight into what makes the rum ideal for both classic and seasonal cocktails.
2. Cocktail 1 – Classic Rum Daiquiri (20 minutes):
• Begin with a traditional rum Daiquiri, a simple yet elegant cocktail that highlights the quality and smoothness of the rum. Guests will learn the fundamentals of balance—combining rum, fresh lime juice, and a hint of sweetness.
3. Cocktail 2 – The Great Pumpkin (30 minutes):
• Participants will learn how to hand-craft a brand new seasonal Wild Leap Signature cocktail featuring Wild Leap Spiced Rum, Apple Cider, Pumpkin Syrup, Chai Syrup, and Lemon Juice. During this creation, participants will learn various techniques like shaking, garnishing, and additional tips to add their own flare.
4. Q&A and Bottle Pick-Up (20 minutes):
• Wrap up with a Q&A for attendees to ask about cocktail variations, tips, and techniques. Guests receive their take-home bottle of rum, cocktail recipe card, and Holiday Garnish Kit.

- Put “Wild Leap Atlanta Parking” into Google Maps to get there.
- If you see the Wild Leap / Lofts at Centennial Yards building on your right, drive past the stop light at the Peters street bridge and make an immediate curved right under the bridge into a parking lot.
- This parking is for both for residents of the apartment and retail visitors. Please look for the green signage straight ahead outlining where the retail spots begin (the spots will have green signs).
