Wild Kitchen Camp Fire Cooking – Outdoor Feasting DayWednesday 14 August | 10:30am–4:30pm

Join us for a hands-on day of outdoor cooking in our woodland kitchen. Learn how to build and manage a fire, cook over grills, embers, Dutch ovens and pizza ovens, and create a range of dishes using simple bushcraft techniques. Suitable for complete beginners and those with experience.
This course is ideal for adults, couples, and families with children aged 7+. All children must be accompanied by an adult (maximum 4 per adult).
Food and drinks for the day are included.
What you may cook
Depending on time and season:
• Drop scones and Welsh cakes
• Flatbreads and ash bread
• Hot pots and Plov
• Kebabs and stuffed mushrooms
• Fish cooked using traditional methods
• Calzone over the fire
• Sweet treats such as chocolate cake in an orange skin
• Popcorn and more
