Wild Heart Gathering offers a pause from the noise of everyday life and an invitation into deep, nourishing self-care for your inner and outer worlds. This gathering is about coming back to the present moment and giving yourself the gift of just being. How you are and who you are. Whether you arrive with curiosity and a desire to learn and create, or with a longing for calm rest and quiet time in nature, you are warmly welcome.

Our event is held in English. As an international team, weโre also happy to offer translations into German, Czech, Slovak, Spanish, Finnish and Swedish.

Iโm very happy to be asked to share my passion for meditation, yoga and partner movement with you. Together we will start the day with a variety of movements. Through morning movement combined with meditation and breathing exercises we have a wonderful opportunity to get in touch with ourselves, our surroundings and the community. Optionally, I can offer you an introduction to Acro Yoga or handstand. Letโs start these days gently together.

We will connect to our voice through gentle and playful exercises and games. Discover new possibilities of expression with lightness and curiosity. We will explore new textures and colors of our voice through relaxation and letting go. After we connect to our own vocal landscape, we will join our voices in a circle of healing songs and mantras. In a safe space we let the power of music flow through us.

The workshops that Iโll be offering sprung out my love for wild plants and their healing gifts. At this year's gathering, Iโll be offering various workshops, each an opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and learn how to work with wild herbs in a meaningful way.
