Our Executive Chef, Davis Herr Williams, has designed a menu that showcases wild game like you’ve never experienced — each course paired with a handcrafted cocktail from Ethanology, one of Michigan’s most captivating distilleries. 🍸✨
Plus, guests will enjoy storytelling and insight from Ethanology founder Nick, along with Beverage Director Paul Thomas, who will walk you through the art and alchemy behind each cocktail pairing.
