A part that feels truth in the body before the mind catches up.
A part that learned to soften, shrink, or stay silent to survive.
This circle is an invitation to reclaim her.
Reclaiming the Wild Woman is a deep, trauma-informed women’s circle exploring voice, instinct, boundaries, and inner authority — held in a safe, respectful, and choice-led space.
This evening is not about being louder or performing.
It is about remembering your right to speak, feel, and take up space in your own way.
🌿 What we’ll explore together • The Wild Woman – instinct, truth, raw knowing, voice
• The Queen – boundaries, discernment, self-trust, containment
Through gentle teaching, reflection, and embodied practice, we honour how these energies show up in both their light and shadow — not to fix or judge, but to understand how survival has shaped us.
🗣 Voice as initiation
At the heart of the evening is a guided voice activation. We move slowly and safely from breath and gentle sound into fuller expression. You are never singled out or pushed — everything is optional. Voice here becomes a way of releasing what has been held in the body and nervous system, in choice and sovereignty.
🎶 Sound bath & integration
We then move into a grounding sound bath with crystal singing bowls, supporting the nervous system to settle and integrate what has been released. This is a spacious, embodied sound bath — not a journey or visualisation — allowing Wild Woman energy to land with clarity and calm.
🌹 Reflection & grounding • Guided journaling
• Ceremonial rose & hibiscus infusion
• Spacious reflection circle (sharing always optional)
The emphasis is on integration, not intensity.

• You recognise patterns of silencing, people-pleasing, control, or over-responsibility
• You want depth without spiritual bypassing
• You value safety, choice, and nervous-system awareness
No prior experience needed.
