About this Event

It wildflower season and we're going wild for them! On this guided walk, participants will discover a number of wildflower species and learn about their special place in our local ecosystems. Pearson-Arastradero Preserve is known to host beautiful displays of California poppies, lupines, blue-eyed grass, and much more. We can't wait to share our appreciation for these gorgeous natural gems!

Participants should expect to walk 2.5-3 miles at a slow to moderate pace on gravel and dirt trails, which may be muddy. Visit Grassroots Ecology’s Pearson-Arastradero Preserve webpage to learn more about the ecosystem and accessibility considerations. While the preserve is dog friendly, please leave your pups at home for this event.
