The Wiggle and Giggle Fitness Program is perfect for young children ages 1 to 6. Each session will improve coordination, balance, and strength as they explore a variety of activities, including creative dance routines, basic tumbling exercises, and sports skills. They’ll also get to imitate fun animal movements like hopping like a bunny, slithering like a snake, and more during storytelling. Classes are free and are held every Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m. from May 5 through June 9. Kids may participate in one or all the sessions. For more information, contact the Gymnasium at 301-809-2389.
