Wicks Organ LLC is an exhibitor throughout the St. Louis AGO National Convention and will host an event on Friday July 10, 2026. The day begins with a recital at St. Paul Catholic Church in Highland Illinois by talented organist and Wicks employee Jeff White. He will be accompanied by vocalist Amanda Wick, a fourth-generation Wick. You may continue the day in Highland IL at the elegant Olde Wicks Factory. There you will be treated to Wicks theater organ entertainment by Tom Docter and a catered meal by Cygan-Delaney. Tours of the current and former Wicks factories will be available. For the afternoon,enjoy an amazing performance by the highly sought after 16-year- old multi-instrumentalist Brody Bett at the historic Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in St. Louis Missouri. Tickets for individual church events are available. The Olde Wicks Factory lunch and tours only available with purchase of all day ticket. Limited quantity available. No transportation included. Convention attendees may register through the St. Louis AGO National Convention website to take advantage of transportation. Tickets purchased through EventBrite are non-refundable.

St. Paul Catholic Church 1411 Main S. Highland IL 62249- Pipe Organ Recital

Info: Jeff White, CAGO and from St. Louis, will entertain us with recital pieces as well as some favorite hymns for all to sing along with. Jeff will be accompanied by Amanda Wick, vocalist and fourth generation of the Wicks organ family, for several of the songs. St. Paul Church is the home church of John, Louis and Adolf Wick who founded the Wicks Organ Company. John F. Wick was the first president of Wicks Organ Company who was also the organist at St. Paul for over 20 years. John played Wicks Opus number 3 after it was installed in St. Paul’s second Church building. In the 1950’s, that church building was torn down and the third building was built on the same site. In 1951 Wicks Opus 3170, consisting of a 3 manual 18 rank instrument, was installed on the balcony in the back of the church. In 1974, Wicks built OPUS 5434 which consisted of 23 ranks playable on a 2 manual console. It is the featured instrument.

Olde Wicks Factory 1100 5th St. Highland IL 62249 Lunch, tours, theater organ
Info: The Olde Wicks Factory is the home of a 7 rank Wicks Theatre Organ Opus 737, which was built in 1927. It resides in the Grand Hall. You will have the chance to hear it played by Tom Docter, who is known throughout St. Louis as one of the organists who played for the St. Louis Blues and the St. Louis Cardinals. Tom will be playing a medley of tunes significant to St. Louisans as they have been played many times at the local sports stadiums. A catered luncheon will be provided by the local favorite Cygan Delaney catering in the Grand Hall. Menu includes smoked pork loin, fried chicken, house salad, green beans, pasta con broccoli, twice-baked potato casserole and bread. Beverages available for purchase. Tom will play background music while you dine, and Scott Wick will share with you a brief history of The Wicks Organ Company and the chronological milestones of the company's growth and management succession.

Info: Our Lady of Sorrows is home to a beautiful period Wicks instrument, OPUS 2263, which was built in 1941 and has 40 ranks of pipes on 3 manuals. All will be treated to an exciting recital by Brody Bett. Brody is 16 and has been touring the United States playing on some of the most famous instruments for his online audiences, which are growing close to 100,000 followers. Brody has so much talent and energy that he is truly an inspiration to all organists, and especially younger musicians who will see that you can be a successful organist at a young age.
