Storytelling is a cardinal part of the spooky season. Telling ghost stories, sharing heart-racing moments, jotting down poems about the changing seasons… this time of year makes us want to cozy up with an intimate tale.
Join us in the Spearfish Brewing taproom for a night of poetry on Sunday, October 12th at 6pm, hosted by Dr. Whitnee Coy. We welcome all to come & share their own work, share a piece that speaks to them this time of year, or just come support the friends in our community that choose to share.
About our host:
Dr. Whitnee Coy, an award-winning writer and educator based in Rapid City, has a deep passion for poetry and storytelling. She creates worlds that captivate and educate, especially through her children’s books and poetry.
