Event Description
The Longevity Series is a progressive 3-part in-person journey blending alchemy crystal sound bowls and guided breathwork. These two high-vibration modalities work in tandem to leave you grounded and expanded—like stepping out of the noise and into resonance. The experiential sessions will not only provide the necessary background to understand the science behind the practice, but also the space to integrate the new information through its application.
Through intentional breathwork, Josh will guide you to tap into your body’s natural capacity for renewal, resilience and vitality. In each session, we’ll use targeted breathing techniques to optimize oxygen flow, calm the nervous system, and release stored tension—creating the inner conditions for a longer, more vibrant life.
Through the high frequency of alchemy crystal bowls, we will magnify our innate capacity to induce theta brain waves, where healing occurs. In harmony with breathwork, Carol's intention will come together with yours to create mental refreshment and the necessary space to replenish.
The experience will be held at the Black Hills Hot Room in a state of the art infrared heated studio. You will experience a deep, cleansing effect that will leave your body, mind and spirit feeling rejuvenated.
