Get ready for Halloween with KoKo NYC!
We will be at the KoKo Lot on Sunday, October 26th from 12PM - 3PM along with:
- STEMinis from Brooklyn Technical High School leading hands-on science experiments
- NYU Hartley Lab on-site with brain specimens and fun brain-science activities
- Big Reuse with helpful info about curbside composting
- Artist Mark Stilwell leading "Wicked Wearables" sustainable costume making with recycled materials
All ages are welcome, but are required for anyone under 18.
Kids 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
About visiting the KoKo Lot:
- The KoKo Lot is FULLY OUTDOORS.
- Please be sure to dress for the weather and wear closed-toed, durable shoes.
- There will be port-a-potties on-site for bathroom use.
- Please bring a pre-filled water bottle and snacks in case you get hungry while at the KoKo Lot.
- The KoKo Lot is nut free.
The KoKo Lot is located at 440 19th Street (between 8th Avenue and Prospect Park West), Brooklyn.
Only one ticket is needed per family, but please for each participant under 18 years old.
At KoKo NYC, Access and Equity is one of our Core Values and we believe that all kids should be able to participate in our programming. We are offering tiered rates for this event. We ask families who are able to pay the suggested amount to do so, allowing for more equitable access to our programming for all.
