About this Event
The Ethical Movement has been described many times throughout its history as about “head, heart, and hands.” Translated, think of “reason, compassion, and responsibility.” In this platform, former BSEC Interim Clergy Leader Jone Johnson Lewis will look at the role of compassion in ethics through lenses of science, religion, philosophy, and relationships.
About the Speaker:
Jone Johnson Lewis is a semi-retired Ethical Culture Leader. She was the Interim Clergy Leader at BSEC during the 2010 decade, and has also served Societies in Chicago, Northern Virginia, and Riverdale-Yonkers. She is emerging from a year-plus-long battle with cancer.
