Who will be our session speakers? Ivelina Chaldakova, IT Project Manager, Agile Coach and Practitioner and Bogdana Boncheva, IT Program Manager and Agile Practitioner.
Some organizations behave, as if it has just emerged, others as if it’s already dead. Agile’s by far not the new kid on the block, as it’s been around for decades already, still it continues to trigger organizational transformations for which project managers may or may not be ready. Some of them are successful, others not. Still there are organizations out there that find ways to exist and adapt in a wise and context-specific manner with the intention of taking the best of what the many approaches out there have to offer. Ivelina is a Senior Project Manager and Agile Practitioner with 10+ years of experience. She has worked with a broad spectrum of companies and organizations (from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies) to successfully deliver multiple projects and programs across various areas (software development, Service Management, ITO). She's studied in Bulgaria and Germany and has served as a volunteer and Vice President Communications at PMI Bulgaria Chapter. Ivelina holds a number of certifications, among which PMP, PSM I, DALSM, ICP, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching and others.
Bogdana Boncheva is a Program Manager and Agile Practitioner. She has broad Project Management experience across different IT areas: Software Development, Transition and Transformation, Service Management, Infrastructure and Network. She has worked and lived in China and applies process and project management practices through the lens of cultural and interpersonal diversity. Bogdana is a published Medium author. Bogdana holds a number of certifications, among which PMP, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, SCRUM Foundations, SAFe 5 Agilist, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching and others.
