Please join us at the reserve along Riria Kereopa Memorial Drive to give some plast plantings some love and get a few more native plants in the ground.Past plantings need some hand-releasing from the kikuyu so they have room to grow. We'll stake each plant so we can keep an eye on them all and pop in a coupla hundred wiwi to continue the restoration of a native coastal ecosystem here.
Please wear footwear suitable for digging, bring a water bottle and gloves if you want them. We'll have a wee sausie sizzle to finish the day together too
To protect the health of ourselves and our restoration sites, we ask that you arrive with clean footwear and equipment and stay home if you feel unwell.
