About this Event
As part of National Women’s Enterprise Week (15-21st June), we’re holding a special Women Talk Business event at the Hive, The Place, Great Yarmouth Library.
Why Your Marketing Isn’t Working (And What To Do Instead)
We are very pleased to be joined by Rechenda Smith of Rechenda Does Marketing
This workshop is aimed at aspiring and established female entrepreneurs; offering practical, straight-talking advice on how to make smarter marketing decisions and build sustainable momentum.
You'll walk away with actionable insights into:
- Avoiding common marketing mistakes
- Building visibility without wasting budget
- Creating clearer strategies for growth
- Making confident business decisions
- Focusing on what genuinely drives results
'Given my own experience of building and running a business, alongside supporting businesses at multiple stages of growth, this is a message I’m incredibly passionate about'
'This feels like a fantastic initiative; not only celebrating female entrepreneurship, but actively normalising it and providing women with the practical tools, confidence and strategic support needed to start and grow successful businesses.' Rechenda
There will be the opportunity to ask questions and time for networking.
BIPC Norfolk Coordinators will also be on hand throughout the event to talk to you about the free support we can offer your business through one-to-ones, workshops, access to market research databases and intellectual property guidance.
About Rechenda Smith
I've been doing marketing for over 20 years and hold qualifications from both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. I have scaled an agency; stood in your shoes.
Now, I work solo and support a few select companies across East Anglia and beyond that I really vibe with.
My work usually sits somewhere between strategy and delivery; helping businesses figure out what to do, and then supporting them as they roll it out.
