Many practitioners of yoga, Pilates, and other mat-based movement practices often experience physical discomfort, such as stiff shoulders, dodgy knees, or painful hips.
In fact, it’s not uncommon for individuals to turn to these practices specifically to manage such symptoms. This places a significant responsibility on yoga teachers and other movement practitioners.
How can you help your students worry less that their doctor’s advice isn’t helping and quit fretting about the lengthy waiting times to see a physiotherapist?
This workshop invites you to discover the benefits of the Buttafly over a regular rectangular yoga block and how to use it for remedial and curative gain.
Explore new ways to help your students continue their preferred practices and manage their symptoms better without always taking pills or eating chocolate.
Jokes aside, we get serious about helping our students gain more control over their symptoms and enjoy renewed hope for the future.
