About this Event
Why Most Meetings Fail — and the Thinking Environment That Changes Everything
Why this matters
Senior leaders don’t lack ideas.
They lack the conditions for high-quality thinking.
That’s why meetings:
- drift or circle
- consume senior time
- produce partial alignment but little movement
This programme shows what’s missing — and how Senior Leaders change it.
What you’ll gain
- clearer, faster decision-making
- fewer unproductive meetings
- better use of senior time
- more ownership without forcing consensus
- a repeatable method you can use immediately
This is not facilitation training.
It’s a leadership method for how thinking actually happens.
Who this is for
- C-suite and executive leaders
- senior leaders one level below the executive team
- leaders who chair meetings, lead teams, or influence strategy
If you care about results and recognise the cost of poor thinking, this is designed for you
