Talk to the experts

Join us for an expert-led educational session on mastering Men's Health with a leading Consultant Urologist. This supportive, informative session will explore real‑world topics from prevention and bladder health to everyday wellbeing.

Why This Matters

We're here to show that seeking support is a real strength. Get the facts on everything from prostate health to bladder health to physical wellbeing.

What You'll Gain

Expert Insight: Learn from Mr Jon McFarlane, Consultant Urologist and Men’s Health specialist at Sulis Hospital, as he shares practical, trustworthy advice.
Whole‑Health Focus: Discover how metabolic health affects energy, resilience, and long‑term wellbeing and how small changes can make a real difference.
Supportive Q&A: Finish with an open, interactive Q&A, where you can ask questions in a relaxed, non‑judgmental space.

Men's Health: Facts and Support:
  • An estimated 500,000+ men are currently living with or after prostate cancer in the UK.
  • 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.
  • Healthy life expectancy for men has fallen to around 60–61 years, meaning many men live a significant part of their lives in poor health.
  • Men are less likely to seek medical help, often delaying diagnosis and treatment.

Speakers:

Consultant Urologist Mr Jon McFarlane from Sulis Hospital.

A Lead Practice Team Member from Combe Grove will share insights on how to promote and maintain good metabolic health and its significance on our overall wellbeing.

Followed by a Q & A session on Men's Health. Our friendly team of experts will be there to listen to your concerns and offer advice.
